Going into Q4 is a mixture of excitement and uncertainty. This is the first Autumn / Winter season for my swimwear brand, Leah Loves.
To sustain momentum from summer, I’m doubling down on what’s already been working well, while also using this potentially quieter season as a chance to strengthen areas of the business where I feel less confident. That way, I’ll be ready to grow my brand even more next year.
Staying connected with my customers and community is one of my biggest motivations this season. Nurturing the connections we’ve built over the last 5 months is what builds long term loyalty to Leah Loves.
It can be tempting to want to change everything at the start of a new season, but I’ve learned that consistency is key. If a routine, or productivity method works, stick to it.
It’s also easy to get lost in your goals and the future, and even comparing yourself to other people in your space. Instead, I’m keeping the bigger vision in mind of growing a sustainable, timeless swimwear brand that people return to season after season.
