Q4 is a busy time for Launchers, especially those in the retail and CPG spaces! If you see another woman entrepreneur hustling this holiday season, drop them a quick note of gratitude. A ‘like’ on Instagram, or even a high five IRL just might be the encouragement they need to make it through Dec 31st!

In this edition:

  • A gifting expert’s (no, seriously!) playbook for customer gratitude

  • Our recap from last month’s Funded and Fearless event in Austin, TX

  • An 80-minute podcast episode that is worth every second

Sariel Brummer of @lady.babka.co
2025 Funded & Fearless Vendor

When I moved to the U.S., I missed the taste of home and began baking my grandmother’s babka to feel connected to my roots. I started bringing it to friends’ gatherings, and seeing their faces light up reminded me how food can create joy and community anywhere in the world.

When my sister Adar tasted the babka and saw what it meant to people, she believed in it so deeply that she packed up her family and moved here to build Lady Babka with me. What began as a family recipe has grown into a women-powered bakery that brings comfort and connection to coffee shops, markets, and homes across the country.

Every loaf we bake is made with gratitude for our family, the women who’ve supported us, and everyone who shares a slice of love and tradition with us. As we continue to grow, we’re proud to maintain positive cash flow across our expanding sales channels, allowing us to scale Lady Babka organically, responsibly, and sustainably.
